About the Organisation

The Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (JERC) for the State of Goa and Union Territories is a statutory regulatory body established under the Electricity Act, 2003. Role & Responsibilities

The Personal Assistant at JERC will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior officers of the Commission. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing correspondence, drafting official letters, and maintaining records
• Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes
• Handling confidential documents and files with discretion
• Coordinating with internal departments and external government bodies

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements to application window closed for the Personal Assistant post on deputation basis:

• Employment Status: Officers/officials currently serving under Central Government, State Government, Union Territories, Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), or Autonomous Bodies are eligible to apply.
• Mode of Recruitment: Deputation only. Candidates must be in regular service and eligible as per deputation norms.
• Qualification: As prescribed by the parent cadre/department. Candidates should possess relevant administrative or secretarial experience.

• Other allowances and benefits as admissible under deputation terms and conditions of the Government of India
• The deputationist may also be entitled to deputation (duty) allowance as per applicable rules
