Alternatively, candidates serving as an Upper Division Clerk (Senior Assistant) in the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) or its subordinate offices are eligible, provided they have undergone Cash and Accounts training conducted by the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM).

Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date for the receipt of applications.

Salary & Benefits

The selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-4 (₹25,500 - ₹81,100) of the 7th Central Pay Commission matrix. This is the revised scale for the pre-revised pay band of ₹5,200-20,200 with a grade pay of ₹2,400.

In addition to the basic pay, employees are entitled to allowances as per central government rules, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Travel Allowance (TA).
