Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

Assistant Manager (Milk Plant): B.Sc. Chemistry / B.Sc. Dairy Technology or Dairy Engineering OR M.Sc Chemistry / Post Graduation in Dairy Technology or Dairy Engineering.

Plant Operator (Milk Plant): 10th pass with trade certificate from any recognized ITI for Electrician trade.

Experience Requirement:

Assistant Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in a Dairy Plant.
\n
Plant Operator: Minimum 2 years of experience in the operation of plant and machinery.
\n
\n\n
Age Limit (as on 15 April 2026):

\n
Assistant Manager: Maximum 35 years for Male candidates, 38 years for Female candidates.
\n
Plant Operator:18-33 years for Male candidates, 18-38 years for Female candidates.

\n\n
Salary & Benefits
\n
Selected candidates will be paid according to the 7th Central Pay Commission:
\n
\n
Assistant Manager: Pay Level-6 with a salary range of ₹35,400 - ₹1,12,400 per month.
\n
Plant Operator: Pay Level-4 with a salary range of ₹25,500 - ₹81,100 per month.
\n
\n
In addition to basic pay, employees are entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Travel Allowance (TA), and other benefits as per corporation rules. The position includes pension benefits under the New Pension Scheme (NPS).
