SBI PO 2026 Eligibility — Age, Qualification & Requirements
The SBI PO 2026 Eligibility is similar to IBPS PO but with a slightly different age bracket. Any graduate can apply regardless of discipline or percentage.
Educational Qualification
Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university. Final year students can apply. No minimum percentage requirement.
Age Limit
21 to 30 years for General/EWS (slightly different from IBPS PO which is 20-30).
Age Relaxation
SC/ST: 5 years | OBC-NCL: 3 years | PwBD: 10 years | Ex-SM: 5 years | J&K domicile: 5 years | Persons affected by 1984 riots: 5 years
Additional Notes
SBI PO is a transferable post — candidates must be willing to serve anywhere in India. Basic computer proficiency is required. Strong communication skills in English and the local language of the posting state are important for the interview/GE round.
