Role & Responsibilities

The Stenographer Grade-I will be responsible for providing high-level secretarial and administrative support to senior officers within HQ Army Training Command. Key duties and responsibilities include:

• Taking dictation in shorthand and accurately transcribing official correspondence, reports, and documents.
• Drafting official letters, memos, notices, and other communications as directed by senior officers.
