Role & Responsibilities

The Nursing Superintendent is a Group A supervisory position responsible for overseeing nursing operations across the hospital. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and managing the nursing staff across various wards and departments of the hospital.
• Ensuring high standards of patient care and nursing practices are maintained at all times.
• Planning, organizing, and coordinating nursing services in alignment with hospital policies.
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of nursing personnel under their supervision.
• Maintaining proper documentation, records, and reports related to nursing administration.
• Coordinating with medical officers, department heads, and administrative staff for smooth hospital functioning.
• Implementing infection control protocols and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Participating in training and development programs for nursing staff.

Selection Process
