About the Organisation

Role & Responsibilities

The Translator at NCPSL will be responsible for a range of language-related duties that support the Council's mission of promoting Sindhi language and literature. Key responsibilities include:

• Translating documents, manuscripts, and official communications from Sindhi to Hindi/English and vice versa.
• Assisting in the preparation and editing of publications, journals, and literary works in Sindhi.
• Supporting the Council in organizing seminars, workshops, and cultural events related to Sindhi language promotion.

• Coordinating with authors, scholars, and officials for translation-related assignments.

• Allowances: In addition to the basic pay, the employee will be entitled to Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), Transport Allowance (TA), and other admissible allowances as per Central Government rules.
• Other Benefits: Medical facilities, Leave Travel Concession (LTC), pension benefits under NPS, and other perquisites as applicable to Central Government employees.
