Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Master's degree in Computer Applications (MCA) or Master of Science (M.Sc) in Computer Science or Information Technology from a recognised University/Institute. Alternatively, a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Technology, Computer Science and Engineering, or Information Technology is also acceptable.
Experience: A minimum of eight years of post-qualification experience in Programming or Information Systems is mandatory. This experience must be from a Government office, Public Sector Undertaking (PSU), Autonomous Body, Statutory Body, or any recognised Institution.
Eligible officers must be holding an analogous post on a regular basis OR have five years of service in Level-11 posts on a regular basis.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment on deputation shall not exceed 56 years.
Salary & Benefits
The selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level-12 of the 7th Central Pay Commission matrix, with a pay range of ₹78,800 to ₹2,09,200 per month.
In addition to the basic pay, the officer will be entitled to allowances as per government rules, including Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and Transport Allowance (TA). Other benefits include medical facilities, leave travel concession, and a contributory pension scheme under the National Pension System (NPS).
