• Hold an analogous post on regular basis in parent cadre/department, OR
• Have ten years of service in the grade rendered after regular appointment in Level-4 (₹25,500-₹81,100) or equivalent in parent cadre/department

Experience: Minimum 10 years of service in Level-4 or equivalent grade is mandatory for candidates not already holding analogous posts.
