Eligibility Criteria & Educational Qualification
Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Labor Welfare
Asst. Officer GR. I (P&A) / Dy. Officer (P&A): Graduate with Post-Graduate Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management/Industrial Relation/Labor Welfare of one-year duration. Minimum 2 years' experience for S2/4 Years' experience in S3 in Human Resource department in an organisation of repute. Candidate should be conversant with routine HR & Administrative functions of an organisation. Candidates having hands-on factory experience with basic knowledge of Labour laws will be preferred. Excellent organizational communications skills. Working Knowledge of Computers (MS Office, in particular) is a prerequisite for the Job.
Age Limit & Relaxations
Maximum age limit is 38 years for S2 and 40 years for S3. Age relaxation will be applicable as per government rules.
Age relaxation is provided to candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PwBD, and Ex-Servicemen categories in accordance with official government guidelines.
